Our Adjusting and Attorney Fees

10% of Payments Collected During the Initial Adjustment of the Claim. This is the main claim phase where adjusters inspect your property and discuss your damage. Our 10% fee is less than most other public adjusters charge.
20% of Payments Collected after we file a formal Pre-Suit Notice of Intent to Litigate. This is the final adjustment phase after a dispute has arisen with the insurance company.
33 1/3% of Payments Collected after the Insurance Company Answers and defends our Lawsuit. The 20% fee continues into the early stages of a lawsuit, and does not change until the insurance company files its Answer to formally defend its position.
40% of Payments Collected after a trial starts. The fee shifts to 40% the first morning we show up in Court for the first day of trial. Trial is very rare in this area of law – most cases settle.

The benefit of hiring the InsuranceClaimHelpCenter.com is that you do not pay multiple fees. When the fee shifts for litigation, you don’t pay both the adjusting fee and the attorney fee, as you would if you first hired a regular public adjuster and then another law firm to litigate.
